What embroidery machines are supported?
PES files work with Brother machines. DST files work with Janome, Bernina, Baby Lock, Singer and most commercial machines that accept Tajima format.
What file formats do you output?
Free trial exports PES only. Starter and above export both PES and DST. More formats are coming in Cycle 2.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can top up at any time: 10 credits for $7, 50 for $25, 200 for $80. Unused credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. The free plan gives you 3 conversions with no credit card required. Output is watermarked on free.
What SVG files work best?
Clean vector paths with solid fills work best. Avoid embedded raster images, blurs, and gradients as these don't translate well to embroidery.
Is my data secure?
Your files are stored securely and only accessible to you. We don't share or sell your designs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
